Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
There are two ways to return:
Web Policy- Only unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items may be returned and must be postmarked within 3 days of your receiving the item. You will receive a refund, less mailing costs, in your original form of payment when we have received the item. If you have any questions please email or phone. We are happy to work with you on any issues.
OR
Our Gallery in Berlin, MA- You must return the item to the Gallery in Berlin to be eligible for the 30- day store exchange policy. It is as follows: Customers may exchange unworn, undamaged, or unaltered items within 30 days of purchase, at our Gallery in Berlin, to receive store credits only, less initial mailing costs. All exchanges must be accompanied by receipt or order confirmation printed email. STORE CREDITS ARE NOT REDEEMABLE IN OUR ONLINE STORE: they are only redeemable in the Gallery in Berlin, MA.
