Ute/Tohono O'odham Beaded Basket

A true piece of art combining the specialites of two tribes. The basket is Tohono O'odham and expertly woven. It is beaded over by the Ute, with striking patterns and smooth work. The lid comes off and the bottom of the basket is beaded as well. It measures 7 1/2 inches across the bottom, about 8 inches high, and 24 1/2 inches circumference around the widest part.
